There are job vacancies for Legal Manager at Haier Appliances (India) Pvt. Ltd., Pune.  They are looking for an experienced person who is hardworking honest towards his/ her work and can provide them with fruitful results.

Haier Group, present in 165 countries, Manufacturing locations in 13 countries and 12 Training Centers, have set up their operations in India. Have launched a different range of models in  AC, TV, Micro Oven, Refrigerators, Washing Machines, DVDs/VCDs and Dishwashers.

RESPONSIBILITIES-

Work to do as a Legal Manager at Haier Appliances (India) Pvt. Ltd., Pune is-

• Drafting & vetting of various agreements;
• To analyze and review the risks in the agreements/Contracts;
• Research on compliance trends, new laws, amendments, etc.;
• Litigations;
• Dealing with counsels, registration authorities, various legal authorities, courts, tribunals, etc.

ELIGIBILITY-

Law degree LLB or LLM or both.
