EMPLOYMENT SUMMARY-

1. Draft reactions to claim, protest and demand by semi legal specialists and outsiders identifying with Company’s workers.
2. Offer help to bargain group for audit of BGC statements and prerequisite at the phase of arrangement of business assention. Give counsel on BGC issues to Company’s representatives.
3. Drafting and inspecting process reports to give rules to ER and HR group from lawful point of view.
4. Legitimate survey of Company Policies and Practices, ETC.

QUALIFICATION-

LLB/Graduation/Post Graduation

SKILL REQUIRED-

1. Learning of work and business laws and consistency.
2. Capacity to work nearly as a group inside legitimate verticals and partners.
3. Suit administration and the making of a database of progressing cases. Work intimately with outside direction crosswise over areas including remote area.
4. Incredible relational abilities and introduction aptitudes, etc.
