RESPONSIBILITIES-
- Talking with clients on their different intellectual property law like trademarks, patent, copyrights, etc;
- Preparing & filing patent applications;
- Writing blog posts and newsletters for clients on recent developments in IP law in India and the neighbouring countries;
- Training hired interns on intellectual property law;
- Assisting clients in filing intellectual property rights in other countries;
- Give Presentations to the team on recent IP laws.
