Dhvaj and Associates are hiring an Associate (Corporate Team).Eligibility
- The candidate should have at least 3-5 years of hands-on experience gained in a law firm;
- The candidate should be an LLB/ LLM degree holder from a well-ranked law school;
- The candidate should be self-motivated, hard-working & diligent; and
- Must possess a high standard of written and spoken English.
Responsibilities
- Deliver the highest quality of legal counsel and support to our valued clients;
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of contracts which inter alia include, transaction agreements/ documents, term sheets, share purchase agreements, shareholders agreements, business transfer agreements, asset purchase agreements, and joint venture agreements;
- Drafting reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts for Real Estate, Fintech, Telecom, and IT sectors; and
- Sound knowledge of Due Diligence processes.
