Officers working in Central and State Governments/ Union Territories /Supreme Court/ High Courts/ Tribunals holding:
(i) analogous post;
(ii) a post in Level 6 in Pay Matrix of 7thCPC;
(iii) a post in Level 5 in Pay Matrix of 7thCPC;
(iv) LLB/ LLM graduate.
