The candidate will report directly to the APAC Head of Employment Legal based in Singapore.

WORK TO DO-
- Provide practical legal advice in recruiting, training, hiring, terminating, etc.
- Draft, review and negotiate contracts, policies, agreements, assignment letters, restrictive covenant agreements, etc.
- Work closely with the committee in solving the disputes of sexual harassments.
- Partner with HR and internal audit on different projects, investigations and risk management.
- Support on employment litigation and pre-litigation disputes.
- Work with the team across the business.
ELIGIBILITIES-
- Experience of 3-6 years.
- Hardworking, motivated, honest, creative and laser-focused person.
- Team player and should work as fast as possible.
- Can resolve a legal issue related to business and cooperate with clients and partners.
- Should have an entrepreneurial mindset. Also, flexible to changes with time.
- Communications skills must be good.
- Can work independently.
