Lex Process, Raipur invites applications for a project based internship for the month of August / September, 2017 for Contract Management Services.
Duration
One month or above – for the month of August/September 2017.
Role
Intern
Responsibilities
Review a wide range of contracts, mostly commercial agreements.
Identify and abstract key information from the contracts.
Work with a team and report to project manager.
What’s in it for you
On successful completion of a minimum of 30 days’ internship, you shall be entitled to receive a stipend of Rs.2000/-.
The internship would also help you gain a hands-on experience to understand the nuances of business contracts and give you an insight into the process of contract drafting, negotiation, and management.
An experience certificate shall also be given on successful completion of the internship.
Requirements
Education: Pursuing/Completed Law.
Basic computer skills and understanding of Microsoft Office.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
Work Experience
No prior experience mandatory. Training for contracts review will be provided by Lex Process.
Candidates from Raipur, Chhattisgarh will be preferred.
