Prior to this, nobody in India was selling shakes purely on the retail channel. Today, The ThickShake Factory operates 120 outlets across 28 cities and one international outlet in LA, California.
Interns Responsibilities-
- Report and work closely with our director, and collaborate with other members of the Thick Shake Factory Management team and other employees, to help define, create and edit legal documents and contracts to both protect Thick Shake Team and help us move our business forward.
- Setup contract and (Non-Disclosure Agreement) NDA workflow process.
- Review contracts and all 3rd party NDA’s.
- Organize and track all contracts in place.
- Setup a “contract matrix” summarizing all contracts in place.
- Identify and resolve any non-compliance issues in all the states.
- Review insurance policies to adequate business coverage to minimize company risk.
Requirement for the Legal Internship Opportunity-
Must have a law degree or currently pursuing a law degree. Experience in writing and editing contracts and NDA’s is needed. Experience in or knowledge of setting up a business in various locations is needed.
