what is AIBE?
AIBE (All India Bar Examination) is national level examination. It is conducted by the Bar Council of India (BCI). AIBE is the qualifying examination to achieve the “Certificate of Practice” in legal professions. On the basis of the result of AIBE exam, the qualified candidates are awarded this certificate. BCI will award this certification to the students those qualifying the examination of AIBE. The test will be held in 40 cities of India. Candidates will have 11 languages to choose for attempting the examination. Examination pattern will be multiple choice question.
AIBE XVI 2021
AIBE 16 official notification has been released by the Bar Council of India (BCI). The AIBE XVI application from commenced on December 26 and is available in online mode at allindiabarexamination.com; direct application link is given below. Eligible law graduates may fill the application form by registering at AIBE portal. The national-level law entrance exam has been rescheduled to has extended the last date of submission of AIBE XVI application form 2021 till March 31 (from February 16); registration last date has also been extended.
Eligibility Criteria
•Nationality: Candidates must be citizen of India.
•Age Limit: There will be no upper and lower age limit criteria.
•Qualification: Candidates must have 3 or 5 years LL.B. degree from any institute recognized by bar council of India.
•Marks Criteria: There are no marks criteria prescribed for exam
Application Fee
AIBE Application fee can be submitted through online mode.
Online payment can be done using debit card/ credit card or net banking..

Candidates can follow these steps to apply online for AIBE XVI:
1.Visit the official website
2.Register using a working email address and phone number, as the OTP for validation will be sent here.
3.Fill all the details carefully and cross check once before pressing on submit.
4.Pay the application fees online through the payment portal using Net Banking/Credit Card/Debit Card/UPI
5.Upload all the necessary documents.
6.Click on Submit.
7.Save a screenshot or print out of the payment receipt to be sure. •
