Senior Legal Associate
QUALIFICATION REQUIRED:
- Law Graduate- LLB or LLM.
- Litigation experience of 5-7 years.
- Good command over the drafting of various documents like a complaint, legal notice, contract, consumer, reply to legal notices, lease deed etc.
- Can manage the whole legal case and other legal affairs by himself.
- Good communication skills and Co-ordination with internal & external attorneys representing our clients.
POST-
Senior Corporate Lawyer
QUALIFICATION REQUIRED:
- Law Graduate- LLB or LLM.
- Litigation experience of 5-7 years.
- Knowledge of RBI Regulations, Company Law, SEBI & FEMA required.
- Good command over the drafting of various documents.
- Can work under pressure.
- Good communication skills, networking skills.
