Job Description:
Experience in initiating/defending/managing litigation matters.
Handling civil/commercial/criminal matters.
Drafting and vetting of legal litigation-related documents.
Briefing of outside legal counsel in various courts.
Experience in different kinds of suits such as recovery, declaration, possession, and injunction.
Legal research with precision and proficiency in arguments.
