The Union Health Ministry has issued new guidelines for phased reopening (Unlock 1) of things in the whole nation which includes reopening of all religious place, hotels, etc from 8th June.
Phased Re-opening of areas outside Containment Zone from 8th June (Unlock 1)-
Phase I- Religious Places/Malls/Restaurants
All religious places, Hotels, Restaurants, Shopping Malls, Hospitality Services to open from June 8 with the restrictions/ guidelines to be followed and if found guilty will be punished but no re-opening in containment zones.
Phase II- Educational Institutions
Schools, colleges, educational institutions will be opened after consultation with State and Union Territories. A decision to reopen these institutions will be taken in July after feedback of consultation with stakeholders is received.

Phase III- International travel/Cinema Halls/Metro/Public Places
The decision on the opening of international airlines, cinema halls, metros and public places like gyms, parks, etc, will be taken in July after assessing the situation.
Night Curfew-
The night curfew timing has been changed to 9 PM to 5 AM.
Lockdown 5.0 limited to Containment Zone-
The Lockdown 5.0 is only limited to the containment zone only till June 30. These containment zones will be demarcated by District Authorities and there will be only essential activities allowed in these zones. States and Union Territories can identify buffer zones where new cases are likely to come up and impose restrictions as they deem fit
No Restriction on movement of persons anymore–
There is no restriction on inter-State and intra-State movement of people as well as that of goods and no special permits will be required to undertake such movement. However, the States and UTs are at liberty to regulate such movement in the interest of the health of the people and such regulation, if adopted, will have to be given wide publicity in advance.
