ABOUT
2nd Ulgulan National Parliamentary Debate (UNPD), to be held from 3rd to 5th of November, 2017 (Friday to Sunday) at National University of Study and Research in Law, Ranchi is a flagship literary event of Ulgulan. The four-day annual fest of NUSRL is an amalgamation of sports, cultural and literary events.
DEADLINE

Nature: Open (Cross teams and independent adjudicators allowed)

Registration fee: Rs. 1600 per person (inclusive of three-day accommodation and food, and passes for all the celebrity nights.
