Supreme Court set up a perpetual Committee which will accord Senior assignment to legal counselors in the peak court and High Court.
If there should arise an occurrence of Apex Court, the board of trustees will incorporate the Chief Justice of India-as of now-Justice Dipak Misra-the Attorney General, two senior promoters and an individual from the Bar relationship of India.
If there should arise an occurrence of High Court, the board of trustees will incorporate a two senior backer of that court, the Advocate General and apart from the bar.
