Justice Abhay Mahadeo Thipsay – Rtd. Justice Abhay Mahadeo Thipsay was a Judge at the Bombay High Court and the Allahabad High Court. He is the brother of the chess player Praveen Thipsay. Among the cases he judged in his career were the Best Bakery case and the Sohrabuddin encounter case. His media statements around these cases were controversial, too. He achieved the Dadoji Konddev Award (now renamed as Utkrushta Krida Margadarshak Puraskar)by the Government of Maharashtra for his work as a Chess coach.
Mr. Sanjay K Chadha – Mr.Sanjay K Chadha in his 25 years of Legal Practice has represented his clients in various courts including the Supreme Court of India, almost all High Courts, and many tribunals. Mr. Sanjay K Chadha is a founding managing partner in the litigation, arbitration, and compliance law firm BSK legal. BSK Legal is known for its all India Presence and Labour law Compliances.
