Job Description:
Experience of at at least 3 years in leading law firms with exposure to, among others, Mergers & Acquisitions, International contracts, Drafting of Commercial Agreements – India & USA in particular.
Negotiating with Clients/vendors terms of contracts & engaging with various internal stakeholders for giving inputs on legal points.
Ensuring compliance under various laws – India & other Geographies – USA / Canada / Singapore /Japan etc.
Assistance to Company Secretary in the drafting of minutes and documentation.
Maintaining a database of contracts across entities
AS Aspirant will be responsible to handle and make documentation of Financial related services like Mergers and Acquisitions, Joint Ventures, Restructuring etc.
