About the GNLU Student Law Review (GSLR) The GNLU Student Law Review (GSLR) is the flagship student publication of GNLU. It is an annual, student-edited, double-blind peer-reviewed journal, dedicated to publishing high-quality, original research on a wide range of legal issues. The GSLR provides a unique platform for legal discourse, and Volume VI offers an excellent opportunity for authors to contribute to the field of law by sharing their research and insights.
Submission Guidelines
- Co-Authorship: Allowed for up to three authors for articles; up to two authors for other submission categories.
- Formatting:
- Body: Garamond, size 12, 1.5 spacing
- Footnotes: Garamond, size 10, single spacing, following the Bluebook (20th ed.) citation style.
- Plagiarism Policy: Adheres to the UGC (Promotion of Academic Integrity and Prevention of Plagiarism) Regulations, 2018, with strict guidelines on acceptable limits of plagiarism.
- Anonymity Requirement: Submissions must not contain any author-identifying information (e.g., name, institutional affiliation).
Categories of Submissions Accepted GSLR welcomes the following types of scholarly works:
- Articles
- Essays
- Case Comments
- Book Reviews
Submission Process & Important Dates
- Deadline for Manuscript Submission: December 25, 2024 (by 23:59 hours IST)
- First Review Update: January 30, 2025
- Second Review Update: February 28, 2025
- Publication Date: April 15, 2025
