A lady who has asserted that her significant other, an AMU teacher, has given her triple talaq had undermined to submit suicide if “equity isn’t done” to her.

Yasmeen Khalid told the Times of India that her significant other Khalid Bin Yusuf Khan, who is a teacher and administrator at the Department of Sanskrit in Aligarh Muslim University, has given her talaq on WhatsApp and afterwards on an instant message.

She said that in the event that she doesn’t get equity, she will have no alternative, however, to execute herself and her youngsters before bad habit chancellor’s home.

Khan had denied these assertions saying, “I had not just given her talaq on WhatsApp and SMS yet had additionally verbally advised her before two other individuals and clung to the time term according to Sharia.”

The police have figured out how to get Yasmeen in her home however she has not yet documented an official objection against her better half Khan. The SSP Rajesh Pandey said in such cases there isn’t much that police can do.

“We have called them two here,” he said.

In August, the Supreme Court has said the act of triple talaq is “unlawful” and asked the Parliament and officials to make another law inside a half year.
