ICFAI Law School, Hyderabad is happy to announce the next session of our webinar series of 2020 on the topic: “Legal Education in the Post COVID Era”
The COVID-19 pandemic has a huge impact on all the organizations’ worldwide and the educational institutions are also not untouched by it. It’s been nearly four months since the beginning of this global pandemic COVID-19 lockdown after which the Government of India ordered the educational institutions to not to conduct physical classes to control the spread of this disease.
The examinations at various schools, colleges, universities including competitive and board examinations were also affected by the COVID-19 and in some cases were cancelled or postponed for an indefinite period.
The UNESCO report estimates that the coronavirus pandemic will adversely impact over 290 million students across 22 countries. UNESCO estimates that about 32 crores students are affected in India, including those in schools and colleges, moreover, still, 33 lakhs students are yet to appear for the remaining examinations in the 12th Board Examination.
Considering the present circumstances, ICFAI Law school, Hyderabad are organizing this webinar on “Legal Education in the Post CoVid Era” to understand the replication of the closure and pandemic on educational institutions and the students overall. The webinar will specifically focus on the impact of COVID-19 pandemic on legal education in India and around the globe. This webinar is an attempt to discuss the trends of Legal Education in the Post COVID Era.
