RESPONSIBILITIES-
- Extensive experiences in Litigation Management for resolution of potential business and legal issues before various Courts including Supreme Court and High Courts
- Should have the experience to handle the legal team at Corporate Office for managing different litigations across all regions of the organization and group companies before various Courts including Supreme Court and High Courts pertaining to Civil and Criminal Matters, Consumer Matters, Labour and Industrial Matters, Commercial Laws and various other statutory Acts for resolution of potential business and legal issues.
- Preparation and finalization of various legal reports for submission to the senior management
