Aarushi Talwar Murder Case- The Allahabad High Court on Thursday absolved Rajesh and Nupur Talwar in the murder of their young little girl Aarushi Talwar and their local help Hemraj in 2008, saying they couldn’t be held blameworthy on the premise of the confirmation on record.
The decision closes a nine-year trial of the guardians who were discovered blameworthy by a CBI court of killing 14-year-old Aarushi. A division seat of the court involving judges B K Narayana and A K Mishra maintained the interests by the Talwars against the Ghaziabad CBI court arrange condemning them to life detainment on November 26, 2013.

John, who is a family companion of the couple, trusted that the Talwars, who have been in the media spotlight for more than nine years, will be permitted security after their discharge from the correctional facility.
Correctional facility sources said the couple was probably going to walk free on Friday.
History of the case
On November 25, 2013, an exceptional CBI court in Uttar Pradesh’s Ghaziabad discovered the Talwars liable of killing Aarushi and their residential help Hemraj.
