Nature of Duties-
A. Lawful hazard
- Give essential legitimate help to any authoritative courses of action to be set up at ITRC
- Give lawful direction to program segments
- Drafts surveys and give legitimate guidance on delicate records
- To deal with the lawful due industriousness process and surveys the perseverance reports
B. Process advancement
- To surveys, drafts and opines on contracts/assertions/MOUs and interior SOPs and guarantee that they are inconsistency with all statutory or legitimate necessities
C. Documentation and consistency
- To screen consistency with statutory and authoritative commitments and exhorts in like manner
Qualification-
LLB from perceived and rumoured found with no less than 8 years of experience or LLM from perceived and presumed to establish with no less than 6 years of involvement in contracts, ventures/Program administration, financing/explore associations.
Or on the other hand
Resigned Government worker with LLB from perceived and rumoured initiate attracting pay the Pay Band Rs.9300-3480 +GP of Rs.5400(Pre-reexamined) or more at the season of retirement with no less than 10 years involvement in the legitimate issue.
