What is B.A. LL.B.?

The Bachelor of Arts – Bachelor of Legislative Law (BA LLB) course is an integrated academic degree that the law aspirants can pursue right after qualifying their Class 12th examinations. The academic degree is an integration of Arts and Law subjects and is of five-years duration. Therefore, as a part of the BA LLB course, the candidates study subjects including Economics, History, politics , Sociology along side law subjects like Civil Law, legal code , Labour Law, Tax Law, law , Corporate Law, jurisprudence etc. The course-curriculum of BA LLB degree is such law, also as, the humanities subjects, are included in each semester. BA LLB Eligibility Criteria

In such employment profile a private usually specialises during a specific area of law like tax, litigation, family or property. Solicitors offer legal advice to non-public also as commercial clients.

Advocate

In such employment profile one must do tons of research work to collect factual data also as physical evidence to support their claim. aside from this, other responsibilities allocated to advocates include scrutinising and drafting contracts.

Candidates opting to figure in such employment profile also are lawyers who specialize in a selected field of law. Legal advisors are usually hired by governments also as large organisations/ companies. the most task of a legal advisor is to guard their clients from any legal implication or consequence.

Teacher or Lecturer

After completing an LLB degree candidates also can teach law at the school or university level.
