ABOUT MOOT-
Lex Macula is organising 2nd Lex Macula Virtual Moot Court Competition! Lex Macula is determined to order to ensure continuous learning and growth for all law students, despite the difficult times.
One may notice a considerable decline in pollution during the nationwide lockdown but it is a disease that has plagued the Indian climate for years and is likely to do so in the coming years. The issue of our moot problem deals with the rise in pollution levels, especially in major cities due to vehicular pollution.
This event is an excellent opportunity for law students to turn things around and use their time wisely. The event will enhance the advocacy and drafting skills of all participants.
ABOUT ORGANISER-
Lex Macula is a registered NGO under the Societies Registration Act, 1861. They are an independent youth-run educational society.
Lex Macula is a youth organisation specializing in organizing moot courts, debates, seminars and other legal competitions for a much better learning experience than what is offered to the law students. Driven by a sense of excellence and talent in the young minds, a variety of mediums are provided to help students achieve perfectionism in every domain of the legal field.
QUALIFICATIONS –
Students of three year and five-year law degree courses from any University/Law School/College/Department are eligible to apply for registration of their team.
TEAM SIZE-
Each team shall consist of only one person as the 2nd Lex Macula Virtual Moot Court Competition is a mono advocacy event.
HOW TO REGISTER?
The registration fee shall be Rs. 300/- (three hundred only) for each participant. The registration fee shall be non-refundable and non-transferable.
The last date for registration is 11:59 p.m., 12th June 2020.
