ABOUT-
There is Vacancy for LEGAL ASSISTANT at Central Pollution Control Board(CPCB). They mainly focus on environmental law and saving the environment for future generation by adopting safety measures and punishing the wrongdoer.
WORK TO DO-
Candidate at Central Pollution Control Board will have to perform-
- Assist the officers of the CPCB in all Legal matters.
- Litigation- Attend the hearings of Hon’ble Supreme Court, NGT, CAT, and other Courts/Tribunals etc.
- Preparation and updating the list & status of all the legal matters.
- Drafting reply affidavits/ counter Affidavits.
- Any other relevant work assigned.
- Must have knowledge of Environment Laws.

ELIGIBILITY-
- Law graduate with LLB and LLM.
- 4 year of experience
- Indian National
