The competitor must be capable to-

1) Prepare feelings on appropriation in light of hunt reports ,

2) Draft client testimonies,

3) Analyze OA and plan reasonable reactions,

4) Draft restrictions/counter proclamations/confirmations,

5) Draft amendments/offers,

6) Attend hearings before the Registrar and the IPAB, and so on.

EXPERIENCE-

Legal advisor with no less than 3 years involvement in IP Prosecution/Contentious issues.
