The Aklank Jain & Associates is a law firm dealing with litigation at Allahabad High Court and various other tribunals including DRT, DRAT, and NCLT. It is established under the Supervision of Mr. Aklank Kumar Jain who is a renowned lawyer practising in the field of law at Allahabad High Court for 25 Years.

About the Internship

During the term of the Internship, the interns would be given the task regarding the cases which are ongoing in the firm on which the report has to be prepared by the students which shall be used by the arguing counsel during the arguments if it is found well written. This internship would definitely enhance the interns’ practical and theoretical knowledge. The Director of the firm Mr. Aklank Kumar Jain has expertise in Civil Laws but the firm altogether deals in both Civil and Criminal laws so as per the statement of purpose of the interns the task shall be assigned to them. Date of Joining: 25^th November, 2024

Eligibility

Pursuing 5 Years Integrated Law Course or 3 Years Law Course from any Law College recognised by Bar Council of India.

Based on the performance and maximum amount for the stipend shall not be more than Rs.2000/- in any case.
