It begins with an introductory module on TM; and proceeds to explain the nuances and various stages of TM Registration. The later modules deal with topics ranging across Examination Report, TM Opposition, Counterstatement, Evidence involved in Opposition and Application, and Hearings at the Trademark Registry.
