Eligibility of Delhi Judicial Service
- The candidate must be a citizen of India.
- The candidate must have acquired a law degree from a recognized institute or university.
- Age limit- 21 to 32 years.
- Practising advocate or eligible to be admitted as an advocate under Advocates Act 1961.
Pay Scale-
Rs. 27,700-44,700/- with usual dearness allowance and other allowances as sanctioned by the government.

Essay and General Knowledge & Language- This paper shall comprise of two sections-
- Section 1- General Knowledge (100marks)
- Section 2- Essay, Precis writing & Language (Translation) (150marks).

Interview/ Viva-Voce
Interview of 150 marks and only such candidate will be called for viva-voce who have obtained 40% marks in each written paper and 50% marks in aggregate except in the case of candidates belonging to SC/ST. In whose case the qualifying marks will be 35% marks in each written paper and 45% marks in aggregate.
