Call for Papers: International Conference on Constitutional Conventions & Practices

A Two Day International Conference On Constitutional Conventions and Practices organized by the National Law School of India University, Bengaluru will be held on the 8th and 9th of January, 2018 at the NLSIU campus.

Themes for the Conference-

The Conference will invite presentations and papers on the following themes:

1. Constitutional Conventions in the exercise of Legislative Functions
2. Constitutional Conventions in the exercise of Judicial Functions
3. Constitutional Conventions in the exercise of Executive Functions
4. Constitutional Conventions in the exercise of President’s Authority
5. Constitutional Conventions in the exercise of the PMO’s Functions and the Council of Ministers
6. Constitutionalism and Constitutional Conventions
7. Others; For Example, Constitutional Conventions in the Office of Profit / Conflict of Interest Principles

Abstract of not more than 500 words, for unique explored papers on the previously mentioned topics, are welcomed.

Writers/ authors of shortlisted abstracts should be required to send their full-length papers.

Writers/ authors of acknowledged papers should have the benefit of introducing their paper at this gathering.

Papers of exceptional quality should be distributed. There can be a greatest of just a single Co-creator.

The Abstract ought to be submitted before December tenth, 2017 to architanarayanan@nls.ac.in and will be looked into for shortlisting.

The Acceptance of Abstracts will be conveyed by December fifteenth, 2017 and the last papers should be sent before January fifth, 2018.

Guidelines-
