Law Clerk, Research Assistants at High Court of Karnataka-
With a view to empower splendid and gifted Law Graduates to join the lawful calling and to give them presentation to different features of case and branches of law and commonality with Court methodology, the High Court of Karnataka welcomes applications for the situation of Law Clerks-cum-Research Assistants on honorarium premise.

OBLIGATIONS-
The obligations and duties of a Law Clerk-cum-Research Assistant are:
- Perusing of case documents, arrangement of the case including case rundown and notes and sequence of occasions;
- Recognizing realities and issues and inquiries that may emerge or may must be tended to;
- Present in the Court amid the becoming aware of cases, taking notes of contentions and references;
- Research take a shot at case law, books and articles to assist the Judge in the planning of judgments; and
- Helping the Judge to get ready discourses and scholastic papers.
QUALIFICATIONS-
The candidates who are qualified to apply are:
- Must hold a Degree in Law allowed by a perceived University set up by Law in India with a base total of half stamps
- Must not have finished the age of 30 years as on the last date of use
- Probably enlisted as an Advocate
- Must know about PC
PAY-
Amid the time of task, the Law Clerk-cum-Research Assistant will be paid a month to month honorarium of ₹15,000/ – (Rupees Fifteen Thousand as it were).
